    At Nook Fashions, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

     1.⁠ ⁠Return & Exchange Eligibility

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

    Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, stains, perfume, or missing tags will not be accepted.


     2.⁠ ⁠Mandatory Unboxing Video

    A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, exchange, replacement, and refund requests.

    The video must start before opening the courier package and continue without any pauses, cuts, or edits until the product is fully displayed.

    No return, exchange, replacement, or refund request will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

    The unboxing video will be used for verification and quality assessment purposes.

    Nook Fashions reserves the right to reject any claim if the submitted video is incomplete, edited, unclear, or does not adequately demonstrate the issue reported.


     3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

    Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, or special-offer items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Customized or personalized products (if applicable) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


     4.⁠ ⁠Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

    Courier/Shipping charges for all returns and exchanges are applicable and will be borne by the customer.

    Original shipping charges paid during order placement are non-refundable.

    In exceptional cases involving verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Nook Fashions may arrange a replacement at its discretion.


     5.⁠ ⁠Product Verification

    All returned products will undergo a quality inspection upon receipt.

    If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return or exchange request may be rejected.

    Rejected products may be shipped back to the customer, and additional shipping charges may apply.


     6.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

    Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

    Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

    For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or another approved payment method.


     7.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy

    Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    If the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or receive a refund as per company policy.


     8.⁠ ⁠Fraud Prevention

    Nook Fashions reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, replacement, or refund request in cases of suspected fraud, product swapping, misuse of the policy, false claims, or policy violations.

    Any attempt to return a different product than the one originally shipped will result in immediate rejection of the request.

    Submission of a valid unboxing video is a mandatory condition for processing any return, exchange, replacement, or refund request.
